55-year-old Spencer Fleschman was indicted for attempted first-degree rape, first-degree statutory rape involving a child less than 14 years old, Sexual Misconduct involving a child under 15 years old, and Delivery of 25 grams or less of marijuana to a person less than 17 years old. He is being held without bond.
