The Howell County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that a man hit and killed by a train Monday has been identified. Investigators are now working to locate and notify the next of kin at this time.
Monday at around 12:14 P.M., an unidentified white male was struck by a train near State Route ZZ and County Road 8240 In West Plains.
