Gary Rush was arrested Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. for a hit-and-run on County Road 412. He struck another vehicle and failed to stop, leaving the scene of the accident. During the investigation, it was also discovered that Rush had no insurance, no vehicle registration, and an expired driver’s license. He was arrested and taken to the Shannon County jail.
