30-year-old Ezekiel Kipfer pled guilty to rape of a child on Wednesday and was sentenced to 25 years in prison. Kipfer of Izard County will serve his 300 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections, he was also ordered to register as a sex offender and pay monthly installments of $100 for court costs and fees. The 14-year-old victim was able to identify Kipfer as the suspect and he later admitted to engaging in sexual activities with the juvenile.
