Roger Tweedy was recently named in a Grand Jury Indictment stating that he held two victims against their will. The victims were both under the age of 18. Roger Tweedy now faces two charges of kidnapping and one charge of resisting arrest. The indictment was filed Thursday in the Douglas County Court, Tweedy will have his next court appearance on March 19, 2025
