A Mountain Grove man has been indicted by a Douglas County Grand Jury. 44-year-old Daniel Smith was indicted for Unlawful possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia prior offender. In December, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant on 95 Highway near Vanzant resulting in the seizure of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
The bond was set at $5000 cash only.
