Two adults and a juvenile were injured in an accident in Carter County on Monday. The Highway Patrol reports that a woman from Springfield and a woman from Ellsinore along with a 4-year-old boy from Ellsinore all suffered minor injuries when the woman from Springfield failed to yield and was hit by a vehicle driven by the woman from Ellsinore. All three were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The accident happened on U.S. 60 at Highway V in Ellsinore.
A man from Houston Missouri was injured in an accident in Phelps County on Monday. The Highway Patrol says that the 25-year-old man suffered moderate injuries when he lost control and slid into another vehicle, then ran off the road. The man was taken to Phelps Health Hospital. The accident happened seven miles south of Rolla on Highway 63.
