Kayla Felts of Mountain View was arrested on a fugitive from an out-of-state warrant from Iowa. She was taken to the Shannon County jail.
Dustin Fisher of Winona was arrested on a Howell County warrant for failure to appear for receiving stolen property. He is being held without bond.
