The Howell County Sheriff’s Department reports two arrests after they executed an arrest warrant on County Road 3010 in West Plains. Deputies went to a residence on CR 3010 and Melvin Spencer answered the door and told them that Robert Lee “Duece” Threlkheld was sleeping upstairs. Threlkheld was wanted on an active Howell County Warrant. Deputies located Threlkheld and also found drug paraphernalia with a residue on it that tested positive for meth. Deputies also discovered that Spencer had an active warrant from Cabool. Both men were arrested without incident. Threlkheld faces additional charges for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
