John Matthew Young has been indicted for physical and sexual assault. Young allegedly hit the victim in the head and then kicked her when she fell to the ground with steel-toed boots. The assault allegedly happened after she refused his sexual advances. Young has been indicted on charges of first-degree domestic assault, first-degree rape or attempted rape, and armed criminal action.
