WEST PLAINS, MO – Ozarks Healthcare is seeking input from residents of Howell and Oregon Counties to help identify current health concerns and shape the future of local healthcare. The public is invited to participate in the 2026-2028 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) by completing a short, confidential survey.
The CHNA is a vital tool used by Ozarks Healthcare to assess the most pressing health needs in the community. By gathering feedback from residents, the organization can better understand local health challenges and work toward improving healthcare services and resources.
Why Your Input Matters
Community feedback is essential to ensuring that healthcare services align with the needs of local residents. The survey provides an opportunity for individuals to share their experiences and concerns regarding healthcare access, chronic disease management, mental health services, and other critical health topics.
How to Participate
Residents can complete the survey online by March 31, 2025. The survey is anonymous, and all responses will remain confidential. Participants who choose to enter their email and phone number will be eligible for a chance to win a gift card.
“Ozarks Healthcare is committed to providing high-quality care that meets the needs of our community,” Melody Hubbell, Ozarks Healthcare Director of Marketing and Public Relations, said. “The CHNA allows us to listen to our residents and take actionable steps to enhance healthcare services in Howell and Oregon Counties.”
