
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Chiefs are re-signing wide receiver Hollywood Brown to a 1-year deal according to multiple reports. ESPN and the NFL Network reported the deal is worth up to $11 million.
Despite retaining Brown, the Chiefs have several holes to fill in their wide receiver room. DeAndre Hopkins, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Justin Watson, and Mecole Hardman are all impending free agents.
The Chiefs also resigned Linebacker Nick Bolton. Bolton, 24, got an early birthday present, signing a three-year deal worth $45 million one day prior to his 25th birthday, according to a report from NFL insider Adam Schefter.
GEORGETOWN, Texas – Charges have been dropped against Chiefs Wide Receiver Xavier Worthy after he was arrested in Texas over the weekend.
According to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office jail record, 21-year-old Xavier Worthy was arrested on March 7, 2025, in Georgetown, Texas.
Worthy had been booked on one charge of “ASSAULT FAM/HOUSE MEM IMPEDE BREATH/CIRCULAT,” which, according to Texas law, is a third-degree felony assault charge.
