The Thayer Bobcats are returning to the state Class 3 Final Four after a big win over Lamar on Friday, 67-36. The Bobcats will play KIPP KC Legacy at noon on Wednesday, we will have the game on K-Kountry 95.
Digital tickets must be purchased in advance; cash will not be accepted. Tickets are now available online. All games will be held at Mizzou Arena in Columbia, MO. Each ticket costs $12 per day, which grants entry for the entire day.
– If the Bobcats win on Wednesday at noon, they will play for the State Championship on Thursday at 4:00 PM.
– If the Bobcats lose on Wednesday at noon, they will play for 3rd place on Thursday at 10:00 AM.
The Doniphan Donettes won the Class 4 District 11 Championship on Friday beating Fredericktown 54-21, Doniphan will play Central Park Hills on Tuesday at 6 pm in the State tournament.
The Norwood Girls beat Marionville Saturday 41-37 in the Class2 State Quarterfinals, Norwood will play Skyline on Friday at noon.
The Izard County Lady Cougars beat Quitman on Saturday 63-52 in the 2A State Semi-Finals and now advance to the State Championship game this Thursday at noon against Barton.
The Melbourne Bearkatz beat Lamar Saturday 76-40 in the 3A state semi-finals and will advance to play Osceola this Thursday at 7:45 pm in the State Championship game.
