On Saturday, March 8, 2025, the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office in conjunction with the Missouri State Highway Patrol DDCC conducted a death investigation in Shannon County. The decedent was a male subject, and the next of kin had been notified.
As a result of the investigation, a juvenile is in custody with juvenile authorities. The public was not in danger during this incident.
This is the 9th death investigation conducted year-to-date by the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office.
No further information will be released at this time.
