Peter Lindma who also goes by the name Alex Lindma entered an Alford plea for attempted child molestation in Howell County Court. Lindma was sentenced to 120 days of shock treatment and five years of supervised probation. Lindma was arrested by Mountain View Police last month after a Facebook Live video by Bikers Against Predators showed him confessing to attempting to meet with what he believed was an eleven-year-old girl. An Alford plea of guilt, or a no contest plea, is where the defendant acknowledges the large amounts of evidence against them but does not admit guilt, asserting the defendant’s innocence.
