Tuesday night, Shannon County Captain McCoy and Deputies responded to a call for service regarding shots fired at a residence located at 9958 CR 632, Birch Tree. Before arrival, the Sheriff advised Deputies that the individuals residing at the location were known felons and were prohibited from possessing firearms.
Upon investigation, Victoria Cooper was arrested for possession of a sawed-off shotgun, which is a federal offense in itself, as well as a rifle. Additionally, Cooper was found to have suspected methamphetamine, non-prescribed narcotics, and psilocybin mushrooms.
Cooper has accumulated multiple felony charges, including felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon, and three felony drug charges related to the possession of methamphetamine, non-prescribed narcotics, and psilocybin mushrooms.
