Bobby Scott fails to register as a sex offender.
49-year-old Bobby Scott of Doniphan has pleaded guilty to two cases of failure to register as a sex offender, which is a felony. At the time of Scott’s arrest last month he had not registered as required since September of 2021. He was sentenced to serve seven years on each case.
