30-year-old Carl Jacob Jones was arrested on charges of residential burglary, parole violation, three counts of breaking or entering, possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance, meth or cocaine, felony theft of property, second-degree criminal mischief, and two counts of a habitual act. He is being held on $35,000 bond.
