Jennifer Cooper of Salem was charged with eighty-four counts of forging and passing fake prescriptions. She entered a guilty plea and was sentenced to six years of probation. Cooper was caught after a new cloud-based electronic system was installed at the Hospital. The prescriptions were for a weight loss drug and in the name of a Doctor at the Hospital.
