24-year-old Jose Eduardo Reyes-Cortez was facing charges in Baxter and Marion Counties after an incident involving a 15-year-old girl. He faces local charges of second-degree sexual assault, several counts of possessing child pornography, and traveling to have an unlawful sex act with a minor. Reyes was allegedly in possession of paperwork work including a green card that was fraudulent. He was turned over to the Department of Immigration and Customs.
