An Arkansas man charged with manslaughter in the death of three people in West Plains in 2022 has pled guilty.

Clayton Rainwater entered a guilty plea to three counts of involuntary manslaughter and one count of assault. Rainwater was driving a truck hauling cattle when he allegedly entered the intersection of Highways 63 and 17 in West Plains and hit an SUV driven by 22-year-old Alexias Crider. The truck then rolled over on Crider’s vehicle. Crider and two young children 2 2-year-old Aiden McDaniel and 1-year-old Brantley McDaniel, were all killed in the accident. Another person in her vehicle suffered serious injuries.
