32-year-old Kyle Dwayne Strohman was arrested last August for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. A Baxter County Deputy was sent to the hospital after making contact with an unknown substance during the arrest. Strohman was given five years probation., Iowa court records show that 55 cases have been opened on Strohman.
