36 year old Joseph Walker is charged with possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance-meth or cocaine. First-degree battery, first-degree false imprisonment, interference with emergency communication, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Sharp County Detention Center.
