The City says that one block of Ridgewood Drive and one block of Wayhaven Drive were evacuated due to a natural gas leak in the area. As a safety precaution, West Plains Electric Crews shut off power to the affected area.
The gas leak was contained, and power was turned back on. The evacuation order was then lifted.
