38 year old Darren Johnson allegedly pulled the minor out of a vehicle and hit him several times. The vehicle then rolled away and collided with another vehicle. There were two more juveniles and a 3-year-old girl in the vehicle. Johnson was arrested on charges of third-degree domestic assault, abuse or neglect of a child, and four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.
