
Three Hartville residents were injured in an accident in Douglas County Sunday afternoon. The Highway Patrol reports that a 47-year-old man, 44 year 44-year-old woman, and a two-year-old girl all suffered minor injuries when the woman attempted to make a left turn into oncoming traffic and was hit by a vehicle driven by a 21-year-old woman from Dora. The accident happened on Highway 181, three miles north of Dora. All three of the injured were taken to Ozarks Healthcare.
Four people were taken to Ozarks Healthcare after they were involved in an accident west of West Plains. The Highway Patrol reports that a 36-year-old man, 6-year-old girl, 5-year-old boy, and a 1-year-old boy were all taken to the Hospital after a vehicle driven by an 18 year old boy from Willow Springs turned into the path of their vehicle. All four of the injured were from Springfield. The accident happened on Route CC, ten miles west of West Plains.
A teen from Grandin suffered serious injuries in an accident in Carter County on Sunday. The Highway Patrol says the 17-year-old boy was injured when he ran off the road and overturned the pickup he was driving. The boy was flown to St .Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. The accident happened on Highway K, eight miles east of Grandin.
