On Tuesday, the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) deputies conducted a traffic stop in Eminence.. During the stop, deputies discovered an orange bag containing methamphetamines and fentanyl, which was seized as evidence. A further search of the vehicle revealed an additional brown bag containing methamphetamines, which was also seized.
After being read his Miranda rights, 18-year-old Lucas Koepke admitted that the substances in question were methamphetamines and fentanyl. He was taken to Shannon County jail.
