FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – A first-inning three-run home run by first baseman Bri Ellis and a complete-game gem from left-handed pitcher Robyn Herron lifted the No. 12/13 Arkansas Razorbacks to a 4-1 win over No. 2/3 Florida on Friday night at Pressly Stadium.

The 4-1 thriller marked the Razorbacks’ highest-ranked win since March 15, 2014, when Arkansas defeated No. 2 Tennessee at Bogle Park.

The Razorbacks will look to take the series against the Gators today at 3 p.m.

 

 

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Due to inclement weather on Friday, April 4, University of Missouri softball’s series against No. 1 Texas has been altered.

Mizzou will now play a Saturday (April 5) doubleheader with games set for 1 p.m., CT and 5 p.m. at Mizzou Softball Stadium.

 

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – Missouri State softball (10-24, 8-4 MVC) dropped its series opener at Northern Iowa (20-10, 8-2 MVC) here Friday night by a score of 5-3.
