The National Weather Service has now confirmed that an EF-1 Tornado touched down in Howell County on Wednesday, April 2. The Tornado touched down on JJ Highway and traveled to County Road 8800 near Southfork. Wind speeds were at 95 to 100 MPH. The tornado had a 1-mile track. It uprooted trees and damaged farm buildings. No one was injured
