According to reports, 70 year old Dennis Coggins is charged with felony theft. Coggins allegedly unlawfully took flooring materials purchased by the city. The flooring was valued at $2,147. Authorities executed a search warrant on Tuesday and found the flooring installed at a residence owned by Coggins.
