A woman being held on murder charges in Ozark County was set to be released on a supervised bond but now faces more charges and remains in jail. 58 year old Patracia Anna Santos Duvalier of Dora was being held for second-degree murder and first-degree assault in the death of a handicapped woman she was taking care of. She was to be released on her own recognizance on Friday, April 4th, but was charged with hindering prosecution of a felon. She was allegedly making phone calls to David Bradberry, who had three felony warrants. She allegedly told Bradberry to go to a motel and hand the phone to a clerk, and tell him it was her credit card that he was using to pay for the room. Bradberry was arrested in Mountain Grove. She is now being held without bond and will be in court on Tuesday.
