22 year old Jennifer Leonard and 20-year-old David Mark Floyd Rogers were both arrested and charged with maintaining a drug premise and possession of drug paraphernalia. Leonard is also charged with possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance, Rogers is also charged with possession of meth or cocaine. Both are being held on a $2,500 bond.
