A special dedication and open house were held Thursday afternoon for the new Neurodiversity and Autism Center at Missouri State West Plains. Former Missouri Governor Mike Parson was there and talked about how Former State Representative David Evans and former State Senator Karla Eslinger worked hard to make sure the new center happened
