A search warrant was served Tuesday morning at a residence in the 100 block of Longhorn Drive in Viola. During an ongoing investigation by ICAC, evidence was uncovered regarding the possession of sexually explicit material involving a minor(s). 25-year-old Skylar Crisp of Viola was arrested after an investigation by ICAC. Crisp was taken to the Fulton County Detention Center. The Internet Crimes Against Children investigators were assisted by the Arkansas State Police Task Force and the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department
