
On 03/26/25, Deputies responded to a report of shots fired in Wasola. The reporting party stated a male, Samuel Miller, had been fired from the location and had left threatening messages to co-workers. Later that night, approximately 30 shots were heard outside the location, causing everyone to go on lockdown down believing Miller was carrying out his threats. Thankfully, no one was harmed.
Deputies attempted to locate Sam, but he fled the location prior to their arrival. He was located the next morning and was arrested and booked for armed criminal action, harassment, and terrorist threats without further incident.
A search warrant was issued, and Ozark County S.E.T. served the warrant, where additional evidence was located and collected.
On 03/27/25, Deputy Lane and Deputy Phelan conducted a warrant service for Jessica Sherwood in Wasola for her active felony warrant. She was located and booked into jail.
On 03/26/25, Deputy Ryan and Lt Rhoades contacted Eric Hogard at a property he has been camping on, to arrest him for his active felony warrant. Upon arrival, they located him in his vehicle as well as meth paraphernalia in plain view. He was arrested and booked for his warrant and possession.
On 04/06/25, Deputy Moss and Deputy Sherman conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Udall. The passenger of the vehicle, Sarah Wollin, had a felony warrant for her arrest. She was arrested and booked into jail.
On 04/09/25, deputies were dispatched to a house in Gainesville for an active burglary. Deputies arrived and located the suspect, Tiffany Stone, and arrested her for Burglary, Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, and Trespassing.
