71 year old Boyce Duke was arrested on charges of maintaining a drug premise in a drug free zone, unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate certain crimes, possession of firearms by certain persons, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing meth or cocaine. He was taken to the Sharp County Jail.
