A Stone County Arkansas teen was killed and an Independence County teen was injured in an accident in Cleburne County. The ASP says that 19-year-old Shyann Lee of Mountain View was killed and 19-year-old Nathaniel Laverne Franks was injured when Franks’ vehicle crossed the centerline and hit the car that Lee was driving. The accident happened on State Highway 92 Near Matthews Road. Frank was taken to White River Medical Center in Batesville.
