[WEST PLAINS, MO] – The Ozarks Small Business Incubator (OzSBI) is excited to announce a series of events tailored specifically for local manufacturers in 2025, including two workshops in partnership with Missouri Enterprise: DDI Delegation: Engage & Empower People and Leading with Confidence; and two Manufacturing Roundtables hosted by OzSBI.
Kaylea Pogue with Missouri Enterprise will join us on May 15 from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. to lead DDI Delegation: Engage & Empower People. This workshop will help participants shift their mindset about delegation, match tasks to team members based on motivation and capability, and become more effective leaders. This workshop is ideal for manufacturers. The workshop is to the public for $220 and is available to OzSBI members at a discounted rate of $175. Lunchis sponsored by Caterpillar.
On June 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., OzSBI will host a Manufacturing Roundtable, offering local manufacturers an opportunity to share the challenges impacting their businesses, ask questions, and gain insight from peers in a collaborative environment. Lunch will be provided by Caterpillar. The event is free, but registration is required.
Kaylea Pogue will return on August 20 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. for Leading with Confidence. Participants will explore what confidence looks like in action, identify their Confidence Type, and learn techniques they can apply in real-world scenarios to lead more effectively. The cost is $45 for the general public and $35 for OzSBI members.
To celebrate National Manufacturing Day, OzSBI will host a Manufacturing Day Roundtable on October 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This event will feature industry leaders from across the Ozarks sharing insights into their operations, discussing the unique products they manufacture, and exploring trends shaping the industry. Lunch will be sponsored by Howell Oregon Electric Cooperative. The event is free, but registration is required.
