Police say that 36-year-old Jacob Kelly was arrested after he attempted to flee from police on Highway 63. Licking Police observed Kelly failing to maintain his lane. They attempted to stop Kelly, but he fled and was arrested after a short pursuit. A search ofc his vehicle and belongings uncovered the meth. Kelly faces charges of first-degree drug trafficking, tampering with physical evidence and resisting arrest by fleeing, and misdemeanor failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
