The Howell County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a man who was the subject of wanted Wednesday in January. On Sunday, Clayton Schafer was arrested in Taney County after authorities received a tip about his location. Schafer will be extradited to Howell County to face charges of felony first-degree kidnapping and felony second-degree domestic assault.
