42 year old Betsey Andrea Coplen was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance, meth or cocaine, possession of a schedule 6 controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held in Baxter County on a $5,000 bond.
