On Tuesday, May 6th, they received information that Elizabeth Poole was residing in the Branson area. After receiving the tip, Operation Relentless Pursuit Task Force Officer, Lt Jason Long, made contact with the Operation Relentless Pursuit Task Force Officer in Taney County, Deputy Isaac Johnston, who made contact with Ms. Poole at her residence. She was taken into custody without incident.
Thursday, Ms. Poole was extradited to Howell County, where she will face charges for Failure to Appear on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance – Class D Felony and Stealing Motor Vehicle – Class D Felony, and an Arrest Warrant from the Missouri Department of Corrections – Probation and Parole. She is currently being held without bond.
