Tyler Yount was sentenced to 25 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to his involvement in a shootout over marijuana. The shooting happened in February of 2024 when Count and two other men tried to rob a man of his marijuana, the man pulled a gun, and the three men shot at him. Yount was shot twice before he shot the victim. Both men survived.
