On Tuesday, the Houston Police were called to a domestic disturbance at Piney Inn. According to reports, Eric Caswell allegedly threatened a woman with a knife and would not let her leave the apartment. Caswell told authorities he did not have a knife and did not threaten the woman. Authorities say that Caswell was acting erratically and was allegedly hitting his head on the cabinet. Caswell was arrested and then admitted to having the knife and attempting to cut himself. Officers found the knife. Caswell was charged with third-degree domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and third-degree kidnapping.
