A man from Willow Springs was arrested for allegedly providing alcohol to minors and providing a place for teens to have sex. 66-year-old Eric Howard Scott was arrested after an investigation into the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl at his home on North Center Street. The incident took place on April 9th when the girl was allegedly assaulted by a 15-year-old boy. Scott allegedly provided the girl with alcohol, and the girl reportedly told authorities that she believes she was drugged. Scott faces three felonies: enticement of a child, sexual misconduct with a child under the age of 15, and endangering the welfare of a child. He was taken to the Howell County Jail, and bond was set at $100,000.
