Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe will hold a press conference today where he is expected to announce details of a special session. Multiple sources say Kehoe has targeted Monday, June 2, for a special session. The legislature is expected to revisit an amendment to senate bill 8,0, which would establish a new tax-credit program for stadium construction similar to star bonds in Kansas as well as House Bill 19. A $500 million funding package was scuttled ahead of a constitutionally mandated budget deadline.
