According to reports, 35-year-old Luke Austin Seidel shot approximately 15 times at a couple who were on a bridge. Seidel faces seven felony charges and two misdemeanors from the incident. The shooting happened last Wednesday on the Highway 95 Bridge. Seidel is facing two counts each of unlawful use of a weapon, shooting at a person, armed criminal action, and first-degree harassment; and one count of unlawful use of a weapon, discharging a weapon while intoxicated, all felonies. He is also facing two misdemeanor counts of fourth-degree assault.
