Wednesday, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department arrested 68 year old Herbert Wilson for second degree rape and sexual misconduct. The incident occurred in April 2023, and in April 2025, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office received confirmation of a DNA match to Wilson from the Missouri State Crime Laboratory. Bond was set at $50,000 cash only.
