The ASP report that 36 year old Chance Huihui of Horseshoe Bend and 59 year old Tammy Johnson of Sage were both killed and a minor was injured when Huihuii lost control of the vehicle he was driving and crossed the center line and hit another vehicle in the side, then continue on an hit the vehicle that Johnson was driving head-on. The accident happened on State Highway 56 in rural Sharp County.
