FEMA will open disaster recovery centers in Howell & Ozark Counties

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. — FEMA says disaster recovery centers (DRCs) will be opening up in four counties in Missouri starting this week.

DRC locations will be open in Perry County and Webster County today and tomorrow.  Locations in Howell County and Ozark County will be open on June 23 from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and June 24-25 from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.

DRCs can help residents impacted by the storms from March 14-15 and apply for FEMA assistance. A FEMA representative at DRCs can also help residents who have applied for assistance with the status of their application or help upload documents to finish their application.

  • Howell County: West Plains Civic Center, 110 St. Louis St., West Plains
  • Ozark County: Bakersfield R-IV School District, 1201 SSR-O, Bakersfield
